Ellie Anderton

Registered Psychologist

Ellie is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK.

She has experience working with children, teenagers and adults and works across a broad range of developmental and mental health disorders including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Ellie started her career working within the disability sector and during that time trained in evidence-based practices such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Natural Environment Training (NET) and Relational Frame Theory (RFT). Since then, she also works with children, adolescents and young adults with anxiety and depression. Within her clinical practice, she uses therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Ellie is also experienced in administering and interpreting a wide range of psychometric tests to address learning, behaviour, and mental health needs.
